“Charlize”  is  a one of a kind, hand crafted and designed festival, boho/country style hat.  The hat is a rich chocolate brown colour (65% Cotton and 35% Polyester) and is layered perfectly with a beautiful jet black feather, some faux suede cording, a wooden country style charm, raw chiffon ribbon, Joker playing card and a hat belt.  All Whimsy Rose hats are carefully designed and layered without the use of glue.  The reason I do not use glue and prefer to layer my hats is to save you the frustration of glue melting in the heat if you wear your hat in the summer to outdoor festivals, concerts, rodeos etc.  You can also remove any items that you desire or and easily add to match different outfits.  I love the versatility that layering offers.  Whimsy Rose hats are also adjustable.  You can easily tighten the inside to fit your head comfortably.
