Hand designed and BOLD !!! Everyone should have a special hat.  My collection of Whimsy Rose Festival Hats come in many exciting colours.  I love designing these hats.  The perfect accessory for country concerts and outdoor festivals.  Hats are all the rage right now.  I call this one “The Lainey” - inspired by the one and only Lainey Wilson.  I love the bubble gum pink colour of this hat.  It must be seen to totally be appreciated.  
The base has been layered with silk ribbons, faux suede cording, a stunning silk rose and a cow-print charm.
Hat is 65% cotton and 35% polyester.
